Problem with Thegradations.com - How Can You Effectively Remove?

"I was on the internet (using chrome) on my android phone and it takes me to a new tab. There s a popup that says something along the lines of 'Video and audio recording started, you are suspected of watching child pornography by the FBI and are suspected of downloading illegal/pirated music. You have violated...' and goes on to list some article numbers that I don t know. The popup was overlayed on the gradations.com website that my browser took me to. Is this real? I don't look at child p0rn, that s disgusting and wrong to do. And the music I have on my phone is legal. I closed the page, cleared my browser and restarted my phone just in case. This isn't real, is it?"
