Get Rid of SalePlus Ads - How to Remove Them Safely and Completely?

"I have tried so many times to get rid of the Adware called SalePlus which I think so many people have after doing research.  It places ads on words on sites and has irritating ads. When I saw this with Security Essentials, I told it to remove this problem and it did.  Sadly, it did not do much so I used System Restore to revert.  That did not work either.  I then looked at my program list in my panel to remove it which also did not prevent this."
